On Site Pipe Cold Cutting can be accomplished by using two type of equipments. The most popular technique is by using Split Frames Machine. One unit of split frame machines covers specific range of diameter of the pipe. For instance, in order to cover the range of pipe from 2 inch diameter to 28 inch diameter, as minimum 4 set of split frames of different sizes shall be made available.

In order to cover the whole ranges of pipe sizes, especially the bigger diameter of line pipe, our site machining team may use Trav-L-Cutter Machine where minimum one foot clearance is needed.
Our built for performance Pipe End prep machines are capable to perform any types of bevel and counter bore to the pipe end regardless of pipe thickness and material.
