Our Trav-L-Cutter machine is capable to cut and bevel 6 inch through 72 inch pipe outside diameter and cut vessels up to 33ft diameter. RWNA on site machining service team utilizes the Trav-L Cutter machines to cut pipe sizes more that 42 inch diameter. The machine is the portable milling type cutter that has the capability to travel around the pipe leaving a square clean cut and bevel in one pass. Our slitting and beveling blades are designed to cut all types of materials and up to 32mm wall thickness. It also provides a safe and effective method to cold cut pipe containing flammable by product.

Trav-L-Cutter features/Advantages:

Lightweight, low-profile machine that needs only 10 to 12 inches of clearance and set up time is less than 15 minutes.
Can be used in explosive conditions; on natural gas, crude product and fuel lines.
Leaving the pipe end with a machined finished without creating a heat affected zone.
Any type of weld prep detail can be achieved from a common 30 degree or 37.5 degree bevel to multiple-angle J bevels, with counter bore and taper.
Precision cut tanks and vessels up to 33 feet diameter.
